Totally agree Its an important milestone as its the basis of an income outside its flagship ropren and it will cover the operting costs of the company as it markets ropren. Great stuff. 26 November, 2008 Company Announcement Middle Eastern and Asian Distribution Agreements The Directors of Solagran Limited are pleased to announce the signing of distribution agreements for Bioeffectives® in the Middle East and Asia. The Middle Eastern agreement with Dubai-based Pulsemed is for Bioeffective® A 320 and covers the UAE plus five other countries. This agreement was finalised during a recent trip to Russia, Europe and the Middle East by Mr Charles Pellegrino. The initial Middle Eastern launch will be in the UAE following completion of regulatory formalities which are expected to take six to nine months. Once approved, an initial order valued at USD75,000 will be placed. The agreement requires that orders must meet or exceed USD250,000 in the first twelve months after launch of the product. The Asian agreement is with Pathfinder, a member of the Singapore-based Mercatus Group which has an extensive business network in the countries covered by the agreement. It includes Bioeffective® A 320 and the Bioeffective® B Sauna Therapy range together with planned topical and systemic line extensions. This agreement covers six countries and sets out minimum orders of AUD100,000 per country in the first year for Bioeffective® A 320 only.
