Thanks for pointing out Note 31. I haven't looked at the MHI associates much before but that one is very interesting. Its revenue for the year was 94.69m compared to the total revenue of MHI which was 86.20m and it was profitable for the year whereas MHI was not. Clearly it is doing better than MHI's fully owned businesses right now and I wonder if it is worth more money than the fully owned businesses. At least we own a third of it. I see the book value of the three associates is $10.455m. Perhaps Loretta will sell our share one day for four and a third times their book value like she did for the Hong Kong Property.
