I think TA is useful , and there are some stocks where it works better and others not so. In MGXs case , the next significant move up will be from news , and it has potential to gap up significantly. I have seen TA work a treat and have seen it go horribly wrong . Over the years I have learned the more fundemental the discount is the more one can dismiss TA. However one needs to be careful how accurate their assessment of the discount to valuation is , and I am most confident when the value is derived from less volatile things such as cash and net tangible assets, not dCF that can change drastically in the blink of an eye.

All the best in your trading and hopefully we all make a buck , I don't mind if some want to pip trade or trade ST , in the end only the entry and exit price matters , Not the in between
