Slammer, given management are looking at project options, I'm sure they will compare the NPV and IRR of fixing the wall and mining KI to completion vs other projects. It may they pursue this option and take on a $300M acquisition rather put all their eggs into a larger acquisition.
If it is indeed true that the remaining claim could fetch as much as the one just paid, the company will have more than enough cash for a couple of projects.
