MXT was trading at a large premium ~10% to NTA.
MXT holders get access to a priority offer for MOT.
MOT can be bought without the same (or any?) premium to NTA.
MOT is over-subscribed, meaning it will probably list at a premium.
Strategy: Sell MXT and buy MOT to take advantage of the pricing difference.
Same as when MXT raised extra capital, share price reduced to the offer price for new units.
