Sorry all i was selling us a bit short there lol!!! Coffee hadn't kicked in and was assuming a value based on acres, not hectares. So the $10mill valuation of our combined holdings (based on the recent transaction) goes up by a multiple of x 2.47.......Wow!!! I don't think it will take long for the market to wake up to this.
Royal Road (total spend) AUD$57,000,000/215,000 hectares = $265 per hectare.
Andes/MNC combined land 90,000 hectares = $24,000,000.
Fantastic (and most probably pure luck) timing for this deal. No one likes dilution purely to raise funds. However, we'll be wiping 40% of liabilities ($2.5mill debt) and increasing assets 8 fold and at what can only be said to be a very attractive purchase price, so essentially that asset add is potentially far higher. The most wealthy people in the world will tell you that the way to get rich is to leverage/borrow into high value deals.......i think once this deal sinks in, the market will really wake up to the potential.
