The pumping was last year when multiple posters were in here posting screenshots of broker data & going on about Hartleys this & Hartleys that. Going on about cobalt shortage despite the fact many battery manufactures including Tesla are developing batteries that don't require cobalt
Funny enough those posters have mysteriously disappeared
