He's pretty much an accountant. Many companies bring him in as a director and his cohort as company secretary when listing to get through ASIC compliance and how to setup company procedures. He's on many unusual boards from a cannabis company, drone detection company and many small mining/oil gas explorers. I'm still trying to find his actual expertise in the field of each company.

I would be concerned with him running a company after the way he treated the previous share register, as were the BGS shareholder group. Well done Superninj. I sincerely hope he does his job, finds another "Squirrel" and get's it over the line for the current share register. This shell is probably way down his priority list.
