Not quite that pretty @strauss and yes, if I wasn't a long term share holder there then I would say it was an exceptional deal, as did the news outlets that actually reported on it. More to it than meet the eyes and thus why it was cancelled, but as for "backing" a proven? team, I wouldn't go that far, if you dug a little deeper you would see most of the story...... but never mind, I am in here until they reveal where their acquisition will be.
