The company was basically a shell company managed by WW it would appear. He's a deal maker not a geologist. I would say his plan all along was to allow a resource project to come in some way or another, he probably has other things to do so probably was happy to step aside and let new mgt come in. I believe he still has lots of shares so has a keen interest in ensuring the company does well.
