Why, on page 12, does Urquhart Bauxite have "ability to access Melior's tax losses of $26m to provide tax shield to enhance cashflows and post tax returns" ?Why UB exactly and not Goondicum? Last AGM MLM had in the region of $20m accumulated tax losses to offset themselves, yet no mention of that.
Sounds like window dressing the presentation to me.
