"Independent Expert concluding that the merger is reasonable for Metallica shareholders"
So who is the independent expert is this just going through the motions. I would have been happier with the words very beneficial or spectacular for metallica shareholders the word reasonable just means as long as we are valued above the pittance of 3c the merger should go through.
