Gets some of the risk out of ADU, and delivery into the current higher gold prices without hedging a clear advantage, broader range of options for development given your choice of African politics and I am not so worried about the Ivory Coast which seems to have recovered, and is stable after the previous President refused to leave office, lots of money international money flowing into this area (gold, oil, chocolate), french and UN backed. But diversity of locale is the key.

Also like the critical mass, and good output potential, becomes alot more attractive to a mid-tier gold company looking for assets. May even trigger some interest by another now (but low odds).
