How can CUE be "left out", it has JV agreements from when it co-owned the permit with Albers 100%, and CUE is full of very industry experienced and savvy lawyers.
And why anyway would 85% of a JV want to exclude the other 15, even if they could? To make life more complicated? To throw away the economies of scale?
Do you think the government is going to approve a development plan that leaves 15% of the field out? What precedent do you have for that?
