EL is correct to assert that CUE are well within their rights, contained in the existing JV agreement, to wait and see which option is best for development of a gas find if and when it happens.
Petrobas attempted to bully cue and cue told them to get stuffed, this means cue held out successfully for its rights, this is a fact despite your blinkered view and stubborn persistence to interpret it the other way around.
The fact that cue's sp has not risen much may be a golden opportunity for you to become a cue shareholder in anticipation of a large Artemis gas find and the flexibility we/cue still have to do what we want with our/cue share.
