I think one of your incorrections is that you have not made allowance that not only is PB paying MEO's 20%, but they are also paying MEO's 30% carry of CUE/MOG.
Easier and much less confusing simply to focus on the simple fact that PB is paying the entire first well cost (up to 41mm).
