Who says they could'nt raise money(I presume you mean KOG).I would think they could have borrowed against producing assets.Guys its a bit premature to presume that this deal is a negative one,simply because the boards are related in some way.If and when more discoveries are made I would think ODN holders will be happy.They certainly hav'nt had much to get excited about for a while.KOGs offshore prospects are good ones and offer great risk/reward.The sad thing is,like KOG and most other junior oilers,even if they are %100 successful,it probably wont shift the SP much ATM anyway.
