well odn is the same board or was , remeber they got vpe shares a while back and anthony short was on the board then, re read the propectus. who would it favour most shareholders or the board? which is better
if you look at the website of the company it still list anthony short as a director!
you only need to look at the sneaky things they did at vector in the recent times and read the vec thread
