How many shares I own is a private matter. 

I'm not disagreeing that companies need money to operate. But they recently consolidated their shares; reduced the number of shares available; I'm not sure if it was a buy-back process; but shares were reduced by 10 folds, I believe? Company executives funded the organisation recently so that less of the company would be owned by outside sources. They've pretty much completed their research and development process. Now its field-trials;

They're on Trial IV. Obviously its a bit different to clinical trial for medicine, but I'm sure the process would have been as rigorous. 

How much money they have? I dont know. They recently had a house-breeding/racing guy buy into the company for 1 million dollars. So it seems they dont need that much more money.
