The monetary value of the loan to AXIS is nothing new for the market to comprehend, it has been known about and disclosed for years. What is surprising is the ASX queries have highlighted historical lack of corporate governance and the dodgy way the loan was structured and approved in the first instance. Two new independent directors will create a bit more confidence & should only help to safeguard shareholder interests moving forward.
