If you look back over past attempts to mine, it has been about how to extract material from the pit, they still have this issue and IMO they require technical competency to work it. Not sure why they parted ways with Foundation resources as they had key people in mine planning (now working with Lucapa). So you can improve the process plant all you like but you need to feed it!
The Antwerp sales office is not required, if you look at all the smaller producers they sell through brokers with the customer connections and sales platforms to extract the value (Mountain Province produce around 300K cts per month and sell this way).
