I have no expectation of Peta and Jack returning to their previous roles - although they do have a lot of corporate knowledge.  As do some members of the board if they wish to contribute in the future.

I also have held shares for just over 2 years until my recent selling out.

My point is that what has happened is a failure - and the board is a major part of that.  That is basic corporate governance with any company, listed or unlisted, and many an ASX Chairman has fallen on their sword for far less than the path of destruction under Chris tenure.
