I dont think the loss of the board would be a disaster... what we have seen over the last 12 months is a very expensive board - perform terribly and not achieve ... All of Phelps posts, Kennedy posts have come to nothing...
What makes you think Khouri and his tech team cant do better with a performance based remuneration...
This company is in financial crisis and unless they are pulling in big bucks from their corporate work which seems unlikely - something different has to happen other than saying trust me.
I am not sure how Shareholders could possibly any worse off than they are now on their present trajectory.
