There are people in this thread who are stirring up the same issues over and over again, trying to influence in a negative way. Fact is Peta and Jack are gone, there was a reason that the board unanimously agreed to it, legally they will be bound not to comment. Obviously some of these posters are working for the Khouri camp, but i can tell you now , if Khouri or his team get up and are successful, you will see Kennedy, PHelps, Carlisle and Prendergast run for the hills and there'll be no market support and the only person who will make money from it will be Khouri.

So MEB shareholders, wake up, stop whinging, stick with the team company that has made so much progress and which will soon see FDA approval.  I'm sure a raise will be sufficient to keep operating without major dilution and there will be corporate interest once FDA is awarded.  If you want to be invested , then be invested, if you want out then get out.  room10 has been objective and sensible. There are plenty of dark stabbers here on this forum.
