Totally agree the spending was out of control but not one person's fault. The company has failed itself and it's shareholders as a whole.
The board threatening to all step down if any of them are voted out just says to me they don't care about the companies future goals. Self centred. Childish behaviour. Phelps hasn't contributed anything. Our best hope I thought was Kennedy due to his relationships. Imo of course.
