How do you possibly hold the current BOD responsible for today's announcement on the FDA. The FDA submission went in on July 13 according to MEB's ASX Release which was when Jack was at the helm. It also had a 4 or 5 line quote from Jack about how groundbreaking and so on it was. The release also specifically said approval was expected by the end of this calendar year. No Non-exec Board member would be expected to get involved with an FDA submission that is a purely a management thing.
Perhaps what we saw today was some part of what was behind Jack going. As much as the ASX release today was painful I, for one, feel it is the first time in a long while shareholders are getting the no-crap truth about where things are rather than the bullish version based loosely on what could happen if everything was to go better than it really could.
