1. Do you agree the voucher system is bringing forward profits from the next year or not?

2. Does the fact that these vouchers offer interest free AND give a 10% discount smell of desperation to you.

3. Do you agree that when these vouchers are redeemed the company not only has the cost of providing the service but an assumed 40% of normal fee liability to the treating dentist for the value of the voucher redeemed?

4. If you agree with point 3. where is this shown in the accounts?

5. Do you have any concerns about practices in high population growth area's being sold off at relatively low cost by a Company that is a Dental Consolidator?
