Below is Foster's Stockbroking's valuation of Tshipi at $1,134M for 49.9%
As OMH holds 13% this equates to $300M / 740m shares = $0.40.
Tshipi only contributed $25M / /$175M (i.e. 14%) EBITDA for the Group for the half-year.
Also, apparently Tshipi has just paid a dividend of $73.3M (for 49.9% share). This would entitle OMH to $20M in September (which is interestingly aligned to the $0.03/share divvy that OMH have recently declared).
