sees to me there was a dire need to raise the funds - banks which held debt due in Oct obviously said raise this much or we don't rollover the debt.
AWB lucky that the markets are a lot better
board and management in past has caused the company to be brought to its knees - still a question mark on Davis too i would say.
still, anything a buy if cheap enough and $1 would appear that
