I was more thinking from a short term cash flow perspect for each $1 of additional sales 40c is lost in cogs and 35c is lost in incremental working capital.
Obviously once the working capital investment is complete things will normalise.
However as i reflect on the post i was responding to i cant recall how i started along this train of thought or if it is even meaningful at all.
