Currency concerns, the death of it's once core product Amalgam, CEO saying they need to change into new products which is never easy, too much competition. It's a one trick pony, you might as well jump into AGO.

Charts, TA couldn't look worse. Momentum and volume is scary.
It will never see $1.13 highs again, not even in a year.
