Someone shits themselves on housing finance in decline:
January home loans were weaker than expected at -3.9% vs -3% Bloomberg consensus.
Investor loans fell 1.6% and owner-occupied home loans fell 4.3%.
And puts big sell order at 52c.
If this thing goes under 50c i'm selling other stocks and loading up. Hard to find better undervalued stocks paying a beauty of a FF dividend while we wait for value to be realised. You know the rest.
