People are totally over-rating the impact of a housing burst on AVJ. They build family homes priced 20-50% below median price. Demand for that will be pretty stable, compared to those propping up the epic bubble of inner city apartments, particularly in Melbourne. Great opportunity to buy Melbourne medium density in 10 years or so in the very inner ring (Collingwood, Richmond, etc).
