it gets over 60c when market climbs back over 5000 in April. not sure it can get to $1 as other have touted as i think too many concerns around residential growth after remarkable few years in melb/syd/auckland - no doubt it's price entry point proposition means it is shielded from a lot of any downturn (also think the baby boomers downsizing to these type of properties is under-rated), and indisputably no doubt around the financials and dividends. so undervalued, but can't see it getting up to NTA.
Finally, management working beautifully to their strategy. Delivering.
Buy under 60c. hold between 60-80c. look to sell in a few years when pushing the $1 after collecting 8%FF dividends for a few years.
