I believe the Bawdwin Joint Venture partners have a very thorough approach to negotiating with the government. The impression I have is that communications in both directions are held in a manner where positive outcomes are being sought by both sides of the negotiation.  I am not saying difficulties are impossible but I am saying they are unlikely IMO.  At the end of the day, everyone wants revenue, progress etc and BJV hold legal title.
