The enthusiasm of all parties, including the locals for this project was very easy to see. Not to mention the government does receive 50% of the revenue. They want that money I am sure. If you are interested read my posts from a few weeks back.

Thanks for the well wishes though. Good luck with your investments but watch out for those low return high risk plays that masquerade as blue-chip ie Vale and co.
