Whilst I prefer specs with under 1b shares on issue to allow room for cap raises, I am not concerned with 2b or more on issue as long as the mining happens and the resource grows. In fact I would think there may well be a fair few more shares to be issued. I also think AngloGold Ashanti has around 2b with a SP $3.75
