So assuming all else stays the same i think you get fair value around $92 mil based on the figures you have used... however someone smarter then myself might be able to provide better figures to use.

BUT you wont see anywhere near that until more clarity around ongoing funding is given as it stands right now its a big black cloud over everything.

With regards to currency as all costs, payments and income etc will be in USD over the long term they would even themselves out IMO.
