No.
Until Funding is sorted this is fairly valued IMO.
The issue is no one is going to pay up when everything is still so uncertain.
I am surprised more hasnt been made of the random additional $2.5 mil in shares that were issued yesterday with no explanation over and above the CR and Option payment.
