It sounds like MDR would be doing COO a favour if they acquired them.

With a declining share price and as you suggest desperation in needing additional revenue streams wouldn't COO then be an anchor for MDR?

MDR is split between 64% (Management), 25% (Institutions), 11% (Retail). I know that Management hold a very large percentage of COO. Is it 80%? Also making the stock illiquid. What's telling then is the lack of institutional holdings. Why?

MDR performed a RTO of Exalt with ERD offering 166M at 3c.

Technically, MDR could drift lower but the last 18 months has seen 3 cents as being a fairly consistent bottom / lower trading range / bounce level.

We (MDR) are also struggling despite ticking many, many boxes that can grow revenue - linking with big pharma, partnerships with health foundations, GP-Link, growing patient numbers.

Which could also suggest MDR is also at all time lows. It's been interesting in the last few weeks that big off screen volume has been effortlessly absorbed. Perhaps it is a large holder exiting but it's not drifting under 3 cents for long. The sell queue up to 4c is also very thin suggesting retail holders are happy to be patient and hold.

The share price may pop earlier for another reason but I believe when patient numbers on the platform hits 1M it will get a serious re-rate and hold there (4c+). Wishful thinking but hoping it occurs in the next quarter.
