I would think there are only abt 4 mines on the planet that can make money (incld development capex) at current prices ......
they have been very rational to date .....I rekon that "trait" would continue ......
will be interesting to see if any additional Ni miners go to the wall .......there are a couple of leveraged ones in Oz .....glencore could get interesting, ditto Vale ......
I guess it means that securing access to capital for exploration, or even development (unless they can hedge, or securitise an offtake) is going to get very very difficult
the "fit" and big eat the small at times like this!
