This is a great sign of confidence for 2018. Recipients of these shares could have 'taken the money and run', instead voluntarily choosing to escrow shares for 12 months.
Really ???
Wouldn't any sale ex-escrow sales have flooded the market and spooked investors. (We'd be in the low 2's now oif escrow shares were sold.) Doesn't it really suggest that future growth isn't as good as perceived/forecast at the time of the deal?
Time is marching on and the indices are making new highs but in reality MDR have failed to captivate the market ... they'd better have an ace or two up their sleaves IMO.
