It should be noted that 'tap-to-fill' prescriptions is another revenue stream for MDR (on top of in-app advertising, training, monthly subscriptions etc etc).
Every prescription filled through the app, MDR takes a percentage. 2016 should see this number grow beyond 1 million. With the service already setup new orders filled simply adds to the bottom line.
