IMO revenue just does not seem to be growing quickly enough to support ~3m in operating expenses each quarter.
Wonder if they have priced the product too low, or just not getting enough traction from the users signed up (for ~1m active users, you would expect more than 1.6m in income a quarter). Is there anything on user engagement and/or revenue per user/active users?
They seem to have enough cash to keep this going for another 2-3 quarters, but I suspect they need something significant out of these partnerships if they want to change the revenue side of things.
