The flip-side to this, is that the business continues to grow as management prove themselves and executes their strategy, while the sp barely moves and the company remains largely under-the-radar. The "value-gap" increases significantly over time, eventually leading to a very large and sustained move higher as a micro-cap/ small-cap fund comes in to build-up a decent holding. Would prefer this scenario to having the price whipsaw all over the place with short -term traders getting involved. Patience required.
