dradam, its simple if you understand what Ian is trying to get at. The problem is he doesn't go about it the right way IMO and comes across as stmann suggested, having the cake and eating it too.
I've just had a thought, will TRF maintain its 20% free carry interest even if it sold out its actual IFE holding? Maybe thats what Ian is hinting at? That TRF could potentially sell its IFE holding to realise millions of dollars while still also maintaining that 20% free carry cash flow.
That poses an interesting question does it not?
