I don't see what's so great about it without further info.
It basically confirms what a dud decision it was by mgt to get involved with them, and then selling it to shareholders at 6.5c and above with their bullish comments on the deal, and how " nothing could stop us now "
Now who exactly is getting these shares ? And at what price ? Without that info I can't tell what it means , although traditionally nothing has been good for "non- connected" shareholders.
