I disagree.
It has only been able to be quantified the day the courts signed of on the settlement.
CCV has complied in its duty of disclosure by making the market aware that the company's bottom line has been exposed to CA's.
The auditors role is to ensure the company is not cooking the books.
It is ASIC's role to ensure market disclosure is adhered to.
If you look at any Analyst covering CCV they will give an estimate of the company's position ranging from a good outcome to a bad one post legal proceedings.
Not an exact one.
It is up you and your risk profile whether you think they're worth investing in.
