It's just looking awesome at the shop front, agents are busy, the brand is established and everything is just premium. Money making machine, when it starts paying divs the punters will be out of the share registry and only serious long term holders will be in. This ain't no place for the mouth breathers looking for a boom or bust scenario this is a real grower with yield play. IMO
