    Yes it could be all priced in, but then again it still could continue to fall, who knows. I'm bearish on the property sector at the moment and I just can't see the point of investing here whilst the battery materials sector is going gang busters with the EV revolution just beginning. Whilst investors here have seen their equity significantly reduced, investors in the lithium/cobalt sectors have been cleaning up. If Mcgrath limited couldn't deliver for their shareholders in the boom years of RE, what hope do they have in a property bear market.
    Better to invest in the sectors which show huge upside, but thats just me and maybe others are content having their money in ordinary investments.
